Director of Business Development for SI Alliances

SUMMARY

This Business Development Director role — is a key position responsible for driving revenue growth associated with selling the company’s products with Regional System Integration and Consulting partners, focusing on the Big Data, Data Warehousing and Data Management markets. The director will define and execute partner enablement and engagement programs designed to drive awareness and preference to work with the company, as well as joint marketing and sales activities. The director will build relationships with the partners’ organizations, facilitate co-selling with the company’s sales team, and understand the partners’ go-to-market strategy in order to create effective and valuable partnerships. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth by generating a pipeline of referrals and influenced deals from System
  • Define and execute a partner program to recruit, onboard and manage a network of partners focusing on Regional System Integrators and boutique consultancies
  • Actively manage the partners with enablement and engagement programs designed to drive awareness and preference to work with the company
  • Position the company in reference architecture, and execute joint marketing and sales activities
  • Support the company’s sales and marketing organization in co-selling and co-marketing activities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience of Channel Development / Management 
  • Experience working with System Integration partners. Existing network and connections with relevant partners is an advantage
  • Experience and understanding of the Big Data, Data Warehousing, Data Management and Integration markets.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Database and/or Business Intelligence software products and concepts.
